Psychotherapy
In a safe, non-judgmental space, we will define the issues and
challenges you are currently facing. Then, based on your current
situation and goals, we will determine your desired outcome. Awareness
plus action creates change.
Our bodies seek wholeness on every level. We have all been wounded
and lost parts of our authentic self in relationships in order
to please or survive. In a nurturing supportive environment you
can release that which does not serve and reclaim all of who you
are.
You will learn and practice new skills in order to facilitate
the change desired. With support, you may experience emotional
release and heal your past, bringing your thinking and feeling
into balance.
By learning to listen to your deepest self and connecting with
your heart, you learn to be there for yourself and others. Begin
your journey towards wholeness. You have unlimited potential to
heal, grow and become all you desire to be.
